Replacements & refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll send a replacement or refund at no cost. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, we’ll refund you in full. Because of the low price, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns.

Choose the battery box (no outlet needed) or USB power. Keep the battery box and connections dry and sheltered from rain. Switch the lights off when you’re not home. After the season, store them in a cool, dry place.
